As we are changing the way we operate, starting early 2013 most of our UK online store will redirect to the Official HHHD USA Reseller 3SX Performance. 3SX Performance's pricing and terms of sale will therefore apply to all HHHD Products purchased from their website. We will continue to provide 3SX Performance customers with full product support and free access to the HHHD Forums. The following FAQ therefore only applies to items still purchased from the HHHD Online Store.
DO I NEED A PAYPAL
ACCOUNT TO BUY ITEMS FROM THE STORE?
No. The PayPal® Shopping Cart now accepts credit and debit card payments without having to register for a PayPal® Account. At 'Checkout' simply select the 'Don't Have A PayPal Account' option and you will be redirected to PayPal's credit card page to complete your purchase.

WHY DO I HAVE TO PROVIDE
A CONFIRMED ADDRESS?
When purchasing software and/or kits containing software we require a verified postal address to safeguard both the customer and Hand Held Halo Datalogging™. There are three main reasons why you must supply an address that can be confirmed and independently verified:
1. The value of the items can be relatively high, so it is important the product is dispatch and received safely which is more difficult to control when shipping to addresses that cannot be verified.
2. A common characteristic of fraudulent online transactions is the use of an Unconfirmed Address. The fraudulent customer will request that the item is shipped to an address other than the legitimate card holders registered address.
3. The Hand Held Halo Datalogging™ software is Licensed and Registered against a customers name and verified address.
HOW DO I PAY FOR ITEMS ONLINE?
Select the products that you would like to purchase by clicking the PayPal® 'Add to Basket' button. You will then be taken to the PayPal® secure shopping basket where you can change the quantity of the items you have purchased or remove the item from your basket. If you make any changes to your shopping basket click the 'Update Basket' button to recalculate the cost of your purchases. If you are happy with your basket you can then click the 'Continue Shopping' button to return to the HHHD Store or click the 'Secure Checkout' button to finalise and pay for your items using PayPal®. Any applicable shipping costs will be applied before you finalise and confirm your order.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ITEM?
As we are now effectively producing kits to order dispatch times are between 5-10 working days after receipt of order unless otherwise notified. You will be supplied with tracking details when your item has been shipped. From the date of dispatch the following delivery schedules will then apply;
UK - 2 to 3 working days
International - 5 to 10 working days depending on region
PLEASE NOTE: Custom made EVO Powered Cables will be subject to a much longer shipping schedule. Please ask for details.
CAN I PAY IN
Currently we can only accept payment in UK Pounds Sterling but as PayPal® takes care of the conversion from your chosen currency we are confident this won't cause you any unnecessary inconvenience. However, for your convenience, we have also included a live link to the xe.com currency converter, which can be accessed by clicking the rotating currency logo at the top of the store page.
We are happy to replace faulty hardware but unfortunately we cannot provide refunds against licensed software so please download our website demos and check software compatibility before purchase. All faulty hardware must be notified, agreed and returned within 14-days of receipt. As we supply diagnostic and fault finding hardware, we cannot refund for non-faulty returns or kits purchased in error so please ensure you have the correct kit before checkout.
